Concept:
Many many years in the future when the earth is covered by the sea after the 2nd great ice age, humans learnt to survive under water by building cities in the form of jellyfishes which can absorb sunlight as its source of energy when it resurface only once every year due to the terrible UV rays before going deep into the ocean again. Food were hunted from the sea with special underwater vehicle which are dispatched daily. Due to how dangerous sunlight is now without the ozone layer, humans got accustomed to darkness and only need very little source of light to get by their daily lives. Its a sad tale, even with such high tech technology. Human can no longer roam free on land under the sunshine or breath fresh air.
